What do I do if I forget my Account ID or password ?

Click on the top menu button marked ‘Your Account’. There are links on this page to help you if you have forgotten your Account ID or password.

If you have forgotten your Account ID you can enter the email address (that you notified us of when you joined) and we will email it to you. This does not need to be secure as you can tell anyone your Account ID so they can use it when joining as the referrer’s Account ID.

If you have forgotten your password, we will ask you the answer to the personal question you answered when you joined (e.g. your mother’s maiden name) and if you answer it correctly you will be taken in to your account (where you have the option to view or change your password). This will be done over a secure link - your password must be kept secret.

How do I check the balance of my account ?

Click on the top menu button marked ‘Your Account’ and enter your Account ID and password. The balance of your account is displayed on the Managing Your Account page.

How do I check how much I have spent ?

Click on the top menu button marked ‘Your Account’ and enter your Account ID and password. The cost of calls you have made since your last statement is displayed on your account management page.

What should I do if I think someone has obtained my account password ?

The first step is to try to change your password. Click on the top menu button marked ‘Your Account’ and enter your Account ID and password. On the page titled ‘Managing Your Account’, click on the option ‘Change Password’ and follow the instructions.

If someone has obtained your password and maliciously entered your account and changed the password so that you no longer have access to your account, then contact us immediately by clicking here.

How can I see the details of the calls I have made ?

Click on the top menu button marked ‘Your Account’ and enter your Account ID and password. Select the option ‘View Call Details’ and you will be presented with all the calls you have made since we last billed you.

To see calls further back in time, click on the option ‘View Bills’ and select the month for which you wish to see the calls made.

What do I do if I move house or my credit / debit card numbers change ?

Click on the top menu button marked ‘Your Account’ and enter your Account ID and password. Select the option ‘Change my details’ and follow the options presented.

It is important to update your details as we will be forced to suspend your account if we are unable to collect payment.

What is an Equitalk Account ID ?

This is a 3 letter and 3 number code (e.g. DWQ 572). We give you your unique Account ID when you join (it is shown on the details confirmation page and is sent to you by email).

You should give your Account ID to people you refer (and they will enter it in the box marked ‘Referrer’s Account ID’ when they join). In this way we will be able to track your referrals credits.

Can I change my Account ID ?

No. This is created by us and is used on all our internal systems. It is also used to track the referrals programme.
