You can compare our rates directly with BT (like BT we charge by the second and have a 5p minimum call charge).

You’re in control. You manage Your Account through the web to change any of your details and we’ll update your web account every day with a list of your calls. Just email us if you need more numbers on your account or a different credit limit.

Outstanding customer service. Email us, and we guarantee a personal reply within 24 hours, 7 days a week. Alternatively phone us FREE on 0800 651 1010 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm).

If you don’t make any calls there are no charges. You’ll need to enter your credit / debit card or Direct Debit details as security when you join, but we don’t take any money up-front. There are no monthly charges and no connection charges or any other hidden costs. You can cancel your account at any time with no charge.  

How we bill you and how you pay. Around the middle of every month we’ll email you a free, fully itemised statement for the previous month’s calls. We will then collect payment automatically so you don't have to worry about remembering to pay your bills.

Nothing changes with your BT line. You keep your BT line and number and BT will fix any faults. There's no effect on any of your existing services (e.g. Answer 1571).
